Articles of association

ESTRI - the European Strategic Transitions and Reskilling Institute ASBL - is a Belgian non-profit association established to support workforce transitions, reskilling, and labour mobility across Europe.

Our Articles of Association set out the legal and governance framework under which ESTRI ASBL operates - including our purpose, membership structure, board responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

ESTRI ASBL was formally incorporated on 7 August 2026 and published in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur Belge) on 11 August 2026, reference 26352221. You can download our Articles of Association here.
